Collection of Information and How Traxplorio Uses It
The Website requires users to register for the service and provide personal information including but not limited to the user’s name, zip code and email address. The Website uses this information to establish and deliver service to the individual. The Website may use this information to contact registered users to notify them of product and service updates, provide instruction, and to deliver other service related information. The Website may also contact users to request additional information and feedback. The Website may employ companies and people to perform tasks on its behalf, and will need to share personal information with these agents to establish and deliver service to the individual. The Website agents do not receive any right to use personal information beyond what is necessary to perform these tasks.
The Website may release or exchange personal information if required to do so to comply with applicable laws or to enforce its rights or agreements or prevent fraud or reduce credit risk. Information we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made with Traxplorio) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also retain information from accounts disabled for terms violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.

A Do Not Track (DNT) standard has not been adopted to this day, and therefore Traxplorio does not use DNT signals.
Traxplorio does not authorize the collection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from our members on Traxplorio for third party use through advertising technologies without separate member consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
We also may limit how We collect, use, and store some of the information of Users between 13 and 18 years old. In some cases, this means We will be unable to provide certain functionality of the Service to these users.
